Overview:

We are seeking a Graduate Scientist to support a company on a range of technical, quality, and research activities within our engineering, R&D, Quality and materials development teams. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work across product development, laboratory testing, R&D, and troubleshooting in a collaborative and innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing and analysis of chemical products and emulsions in accordance with established specifications and procedures.
• Record, interpret, and communicate test results to relevant stakeholders, including technical and operational teams.
• Contribute to product development and technical support initiatives for both internal teams and external partners.
• Assist in the creation and validation of new testing methods and procedures.
• Ensure laboratory equipment is maintained, calibrated, and functioning correctly.
• Monitor stock levels of laboratory supplies and coordinate with the Technical Manager to replenish when required.
• Adhere to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards and procedures at all times.
• Perform additional technical or operational duties as required to support team objectives.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Experience working in a laboratory or industrial environment (e.g., through internships or co-op placements).
