Construction Sales Representative – Field Based

This is a field-based role, covering a warm territory, where you’ll meet contractors, builders, developers, and industry professionals face-to-face, building relationships and generating new business. Full product training will be provided – all we need is your personality and sales flair!

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, site managers, architects, and procurement teams.
• Visit construction sites and client offices to promote products and identify sales opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, with support from a full training program.
• Conduct product demonstrations and offer expert technical advice.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and manage contracts.
• Keep the CRM updated and report progress to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and delivery.
• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years B2B sales experience, ideally in construction, building materials, or related industries.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets.
• Natural relationship-builder with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and organized – able to work independently on the road.
• Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and stakeholders (preferred).
• Competent with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and mobile sales tools.
• Full driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
