Crewit Resourcing Limited, based in Citywest, Dublin 24, are currently seeking Scaffolders to work for our client, Actavo Industrial Solutions (Ireland) Limited, based in Dublin 12, Co. Dublin, across a number of sites in Dublin, Limerick and Kildare.

Relevant scaffolding qualification/card is required. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same or similar role is required. Additional training will be provided on-the-job.

• To put up scaffolds and platforms in order to make safe construction work at heights possible
• To erect and dismantle temporary metal scaffolding on structures and building sites
• To set up scaffolding around a structure, or inside a building undergoing construction, renovation or demolition
• To understand and follow technical drawings and plans
• Essential knowledge includes scaffolding components and work at heights
• Essential knowledge includes erection and dismantle of various scaffolding systems, and relevant safety legislation and practices
• Essential skills include building scaffolding, constructing working platforms and dismantling scaffolding
• Essential skills include using construction safety equipment and working in a construction team
• Candidates must be competent to follow health and safety procedures in construction, following safety procedures when working at heights, and inspecting construction supplies
• Candidates must be competent to interpret 2D & 3D plans, position base plates, and position guardrails and toeboards
• Candidates must have experience in using measurement instruments, position sole plates, and recognising signs or corrosion and wood rot
• Scaffolding qualification/card is required
• 2 years of previous relevant experience as a Scaffolder is required

Annual remuneration: €41,999.88; Pay rate €20.71 per hour
