Are you an experienced Office Manager/EA looking for your next challenge? A dynamic, fast-growing company is searching for a capable Office Manager & Executive Assistant to join their team on a 6 month contract.
This is a full-time, fully onsite role and is vital to the company’s day-to-day operations.
Location: Dublin 4 (onsite)Salary: up to €45,000
Start Date: ASAP
You’ll work independently, directly supporting the company President and acting as a central point of coordination across the business. It’s a varied, fast-paced position that combines office management, executive support, and cross-functional oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations for a growing team
- Provide executive support to the President (eg. board packs, meeting logistics, travel coordination)
- Coordinate quarterly board meetings and Directors’ visits
- Oversee health & safety processes and compliance
- Support an upcoming office move with hands-on project involvement
- Handle onboarding and administrative support for new hires
- Assist with key company events (eg. Christmas party, anniversary celebrations)
- Liaise with DEI councils and internal culture groups
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-level office management
- Strong prioritisation and multitasking abilities
- Proactive, practical, and confident working independently
- Comfortable in a collaborative, professional environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Background in financial services or a similarly fast-paced sector
