Casino cashier ¦ Part-time

The Cashier’s main responsibility is to ensure customers receive excellent service in a clean, welcoming environment, while accurately handling all cash procedures and related banking requirements.

This is a part-time position, covering 2 shifts per week, ideal for someone available to work evenings and weekends. Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be over 20 years old.

Support is provided by the Manager/Operations Manager to help align individual and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, attentive service to customers at all times, ensuring correct change is given and current promotions/offers are communicated clearly.
• Report any repair or maintenance issues related to Funworld Machinery.
• Perform cleaning duties as directed by the supervisor or manager.
• Support with rostering, banking, and local marketing as requested by the Manager.
• Build positive relationships with team members and customers, representing Funworld professionally in the local community.
• Be flexible with work hours and available to cover additional shifts during colleagues' holidays.
• Liaise with head office personnel as necessary.
• Assist in training new staff in customer service, cash handling, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Follow instructions, accept feedback constructively, and act in the best interest of the business.
• Perform any other duties as required to support the smooth running of the business.
