This Work Placement Experience Programme provides Participants with an opportunity to gain meaningful work experience, learning and training while on the programme. This programme is for jobseekers who are in receipt of qualifying social welfare payments and those transferring from a social welfare scheme or an ETB Training Allowance.Your eligibility for this programme will be verified by the Department as part of the application process.
Job Description
This placement offers the unique opportunity to gain experience working alongside an anexperienced Marketing team. This work experience program is ideal for someone who is passionate about
storytelling, social content, and the evolving digital landscape and who wants to gain hands-
on experience with a leading Irish luxury brand.
The successful participant will gain experience in, and will be trained in the following:
- Assist with content creation for Chupi’s social media channels: including Instagram,
- Help maintain brand assets, such as updating media folders, keeping imagery
- Support with photoshoots or content creation days, including helping with behind-the-
- Assist with newsletters or blog content, such as proofreading, formatting, or
- Research trends, emerging creators and cultural moments relevant to the Chupi
- Monitor community engagement, helping to respond to messages, comments and
- Support the team in preparing campaign briefs and coordinating influencer gifting
- Assist with reporting on social performance metrics and identifying key insights
- Contribute ideas to brainstorms for product launches, seasonal campaigns and
- Stay up to date with best practices across platforms and suggest new ways to
engage our audience.
Role Description
This is a training and work experience opportunity; no prior experience in this role is necessary. Accredited and/or sector recognised training will be provided to support your placement. Participants are eligible to participate in the WPEP QQI Work Experience Module which was developed by the Education & Training Boards in collaboration with the Department of Social Protection.This optional module will fulfil your accredited training requirements for the WPEP.
