Customer Service Representative New

• Monday–Friday | 5pm–1am
• €29,400 + 20% Shift Allowance

We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a growing international organisation based in Galway.

This role would suit somebody with strong people and communication skills coming from hospitality, retail, customer-facing or office environments. Previous customer service office experience is not required — personality, attitude and willingness to learn are key.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting customers via phone, email and live chat
• Assisting with orders, accounts and product queries
• Resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience
• Maintaining accurate records and updating systems

What we are looking for:

• Fluent English skills
• Additional languages are highly desirable
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive and customer-focused attitude
• Must be based in Galway or able to commute to Briarhill
