P.A. / House Manager - Dublin 4 - Driver Essential - €52,000+ per annum - ref. f09509319

We are recruiting a qualified, experience, professional P.A./House Manager for a HNW family.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideally, a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role with at least two years in the same employment.
• Excellent References from each position held.
• Preferred experience includes managing a large private estate, luxury residence, or high-end hospitality property.
• Fluent English.
• Excellent administration and presentation skills.
• Event planning experience.
• A full, clean driving licence and own car.
• An animal lover as the family have two dogs.

DUTIES:

• Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm.
• Family & PA Support including administration, preparing presentations, email management, record keeping, diary and calendar management as well as travel planning and organising.
• Household Operations: overseeing contractors, liaising with suppliers and third party service providers, etc.
• House Management: Supervising and managing staff.
• Guest and event coordination and planning.
• Other duties include animal care, running errands, occasionally driving the children to appointments/activities, etc.

Approx. salary and benefits:

• Gross Annual Salary - €52,000+ per annum
• Excellent Terms & Conditions.
