About the Role

A well-established company in the pallet, packaging, and warehouse solutions sector is currently seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Lead to join their growing team at a busy site in Dunboyne, Co. Meath.

This is a permanent, full-time position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.

• Lead, support and coordinate daily warehouse operations
• Be actively involved in day-to-day warehouse tasks - this is a hands-on role
• Organise and maintain stock across multiple warehouse areas
• Ensure accuracy in goods-in, goods-out, and order picking
• Allocate workloads and manage staffing levels for maximum efficiency
• Run daily team stand-up meetings to align on goals and address blockers
• Maintain and report on KPIs
• Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner
• Train, motivate, and support team members to ensure high performance
• Support a culture of continuous improvement and safety
• Communicate with other departments and occasionally interface with customers

• Proven experience leading a team in a warehouse or logistics environment (essential)
• Valid Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Truck Licences (essential)
• Comfortable in a hands-on role involving physical warehouse duties
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions
• Experience using warehouse systems or KPIs is an advantage

• Competitive salary: €32,000 - €39,000 (depending on experience)
