Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Administrator to support the project team with day-to-day administrative tasks. You will play an integral role in ensuring smooth operations by managing documentation, coordinating communications, and assisting with project reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and control project documentation, ensuring accuracy and availability
  • Support project managers and site teams with administrative tasks
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
  • Assist in preparing project reports and monitoring project progress
  • Liaise and communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Manage procurement processes and monitor delivery schedules
  • Assist with compliance and quality assurance documentation
  • Ensure timely distribution of project information across teams
  • Support invoice processing and cost tracking as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a project administration or similar role, ideally within construction or engineering sectors
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Knowledge of construction project management software is a plus
