Salary: €34,000 per annum (€653.85 per week / €16.78 per hour)
Job Summary
Bombay Kebab House is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will support day-to-day kitchen operations, maintain high food quality standards, and assist in delivering consistent dishes in line with our menu and hygiene requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard within your assigned section.
Assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations and service.
Ensure portion control, quality, and presentation meet company standards.
Maintain HACCP and food safety standards, including cleaning and temperature records.
Support stock control, rotation, and minimising waste.
Train and support commis chefs/kitchen assistants when required.
Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction.
Good time management and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
