About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Security & Emergency Response Supervisor to lead our on-site security operations. This role is responsible for supervising security officers, ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and assets, and providing an effective first response to incidents.You will oversee daily operations, compliance, training, and reporting, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of security officers, ensuring all duties and patrols are completed to standard.Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in line with site procedures.
Manage CCTV, access control, key management, and reporting systems.
Prepare and maintain rosters, training plans, compliance records, and incident reports.
Ensure security systems are operational and maintained.
Conduct regular inspections and safety checks across the site.
Provide excellent customer service while upholding security and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
Valid PSA licence.Strong communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English.
Previous supervisory experience in a security role.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Health & Safety practices, fire detection systems, and emergency procedures.
First Aid & AED qualification (or willingness to obtain).
Professional, well-organised, calm under pressure, and able to lead by example.
