A Reception / Information Officer welcomes visitors, answers calls, and gives basic information about CIC services. They help with enquiries, keep records, update noticeboards, and support staff with simple office tasks like filing, emails, and organising the reception area.The role requires good communication and a friendly attitude. Full training and support will be provided.
