Competency Skills: Decision making, leadership, priority planning, problem solving
Crucial Skill: Strong understanding of Asian work culture, and ability to convey this within a multicultural environment. Provide strong multi task in support duty to different colleagues from different culture background.

Salary: €34,000.00- €38,000.00 per year

Description: This role offers an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Technician to contribute to the company’s growth and success. As the organization strives to become Ireland’s top Asian grocery retailer/wholesaler, the technician will play a key role in maintaining seamless IT operations and user support.Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software issues, ensuring network performance, and minimizing downtime to optimize the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities: Provide IT support for all company systems, including POS, office equipment, and networks.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues (onsite & remotely).Ensure system security, data integrity, and regular backups.
Assist with new staff onboarding, including hardware setup and IT training.
Act as the primary liaison with third-party IT service providers.
Develop and maintain IT documentation, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Support marketing efforts by integrating IT systems with WeChat, Facebook, and email platforms.
Optimize IT support processes to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.
Critical Skills & Requirements: Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (Essential).
Strong knowledge of IT systems, troubleshooting, and cybersecurity.Familiarity with Asian food culture to enhance IT support and communication.
Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and CRM tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and support colleagues across different backgrounds.
