This role involves making sandwiches that will be sold and toasted in our stores. Successful candidate will follow the production guidelines to adhere to the standard of quality and speed required.
The person in this role will be responsible for: Preparing the assembly area.
Assembling sandwiches according to DOLO standards.Packing and labelling the sandwiches.
Cleaning production area at end of the day.
Managing stock levels and informing management of stock requirements daily.
Following HACCP procedures.
This is a full time role, approximately 39 hours per week . 5 shifts per week.- Sector:
