Chef de Partie – Established Hospitality Venue, Ireland ??Full-Time Role | Free Initial Accommodation | Long-Term Opportunity
Start Date: ASAPLocation: Co. Cavan
Salary: €16.50 per hour (gross)
Salary Review: After 90 days (based on performance)
Hours: Full-Time (approx. 40 hours per week)
Contract Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Key Responsibilities
Manage and run your assigned kitchen sectionPrepare, cook, and present dishes to high standards
Maintain food quality, consistency, and portion control
Support Head Chef and Sous Chef during service
Assist with menu development and specials
Ensure HACCP and hygiene standards are followed
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Support and train junior team members
Candidate Profile
Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis ChefSolid understanding of kitchen operations
Ability to perform under pressure in busy service
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Positive attitude and professionalism
Must have own chef uniform
