Chef de Partie – Established Hospitality Venue, Ireland ??

Full-Time Role | Free Initial Accommodation | Long-Term Opportunity

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Co. Cavan
Salary: €16.50 per hour (gross)
Salary Review: After 90 days (based on performance)
Hours: Full-Time (approx. 40 hours per week)
Contract Type: Full-Time | Permanent

A long-established and highly regarded hospitality venue in Ireland is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join its professional kitchen team.

This is an excellent opportunity for chefs looking for long-term stability, strong earning potential, and career progression within a supportive and well-organised environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and run your assigned kitchen section
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to high standards
Maintain food quality, consistency, and portion control
Support Head Chef and Sous Chef during service
Assist with menu development and specials
Ensure HACCP and hygiene standards are followed
Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Support and train junior team members

Candidate Profile

Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef
Solid understanding of kitchen operations
Ability to perform under pressure in busy service
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Positive attitude and professionalism

Must have own chef uniform
