Job Title: Chef de Partie

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (minimum 12 months)
Hours: 39 hours per week (full-time)
Location: The Four Winds Restaurant & Bar, Main Street, Charleville, Co. Cork, Ireland
Salary: €34.000 per year (Gross annual salary)
Accommodation: Low-cost long-term accommodation available for the full duration of the contract, only 100 euro per week,deducted from weekly wages.

Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

A hospitality venue in Ireland is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its professional kitchen team. This is a long-term position with accommodation support.

Responsibilities
Manage your assigned kitchen section independently
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to consistent standards
Maintain food safety and HACCP compliance
Assist with prep, ordering, and stock rotation

Work effectively within a multicultural team

Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years experience as Chef de Partie
Strong understanding of professional kitchen operations
Comfortable working in a busy environment
Good working level of English

Experience with Filipino cuisine preferred (not essential).

What’s Included
Full-time 39 hours/week
Salary €34.000 per year (gross annual salary)
Employer support for Irish visa/work permit process

Low-cost accommodation available for the full duration of the visa / employment contract. Only 100 euro per week.
