The role involves conducting site inspections, supporting incident investigations, maintaining HSE documentation, assisting with procedural development, and delivering site inductions and toolbox talks. The successful candidate will also conduct audits across civils, mechanical, electrical and commissioning activities, and will work closely with the HSE Coordinator to ensure alignment with legal requirements, client standards and internal HSE processes.
Applicants must hold a recognised HSE qualification (NEBOSH or equivalent), have proven experience in a construction or related environment, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and hold a full B driving licence with flexibility to travel. Strong communication, organisational capability, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach are essential.
