We're seeking an experienced Production Manager on behalf of one of our clients. This person will help to lead their team in Galway and drive excellence in their production processes! As a key member of the operations team, you'll oversee the entire production process, ensuring seamless execution, quality standards, and budget management.

About the Role:

• Lead and motivate a team of Supervisors and Operators to achieve exceptional results
• Optimize plant equipment usage, ensuring efficient and effective processes while maintaining Health and Safety standards
• Drive customer satisfaction by delivering orders on time and meeting quality standards
• Manage budgets, monitor output, and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve production issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Production Manager role
