- Champion incident management and resolution processes across multiple technology stacks

About the team
In Enterprise Engineering, we're not just building tools – we're crafting the backbone of Amazon's global productivity. Your work will directly impact hundreds of thousands of Amazonians across six continents, enabling them to collaborate seamlessly and achieve extraordinary results.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field- 5+ years in systems or software engineering
- 3+ years managing technical teams
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems
- Strong background in network engineering and infrastructure operations- Master's degree in related technical field
- AWS certifications and cloud infrastructure expertise
- Experience with VoIP, SIP, and unified communications platforms
- Track record of implementing ITIL practices and operational frameworks
- Experience with automation tools and infrastructure as code (IaC)
