  • Contract: until October 2026 with view to extension
  • Work Model: Hybrid
  • Hourly rate: 52.88 EUR
ROLE OVERVIEW
  • As a Business Program Manager, you will own and lead designated areas of a large-scale program or multiple small- to mid-sized initiatives.
  • You will define priorities, shape the program roadmap, and take full ownership from problem identification through solution delivery-even when the path forward is ambiguous.
  • This role is designed for a strategic, outcomes-driven leader who thrives at the intersection of program excellence, AI-enabled innovation, and executive communication.
  • You will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, translating complex needs into clear goals, measurable outcomes, and actionable delivery plans.
  • Positioned as an AI Champion, you will also pilot and scale GenAI-powered workflows, driving automation, insight generation, and enterprise-wide digital transformation.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Build strong, credible relationships with executive sponsors, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
  • Drive cross-functional strategic partnerships to ensure alignment, accountability, and delivery excellence.
  • Run clear, effective meetings that accelerate decisions, reduce ambiguity, and keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Deliver executive-ready, audience-specific communications that inform, influence, and drive alignment.
Execution, Process & Governance
  • Establish, track, and continuously improve program processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure alignment with compliance, privacy, and governance standards.
  • Identify sponsors, stakeholders, and required resources; secure commitment and maintain momentum.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation covering scope, solution design, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and management processes.
  • Drive post-program reviews, feedback collection, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Risk, Metrics & Performance Management
  • Proactively identify, assess, and monitor risks; lead cross-functional risk mitigation strategies.
  • Define and track key program metrics (delivery, adoption, impact, participation, and success).
  • Use data and insights to drive corrective actions, optimize performance, and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop interpretable insights from deep dives and data analysis, providing clear, data-driven strategic recommendations across business, product, and technical dimensions.
AI, Digital Innovation & Knowledge Management
  • Act as the program's AI Champion, piloting and promoting GenAI tools to automate workflows, enhance intelligence, and scale operational efficiency.
  • Drive adoption of digital platforms and program management tools to improve visibility, execution, and outcomes.
