Role Overview
As a Support Worker, you will help individuals live safely and independently, providing person-centred care in their own secure homes and within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily living needs including personal care, meals, and household tasks.
Promote independence while ensuring safety and well-being.
Assist with appointments, activities, and community engagement.
Record and report on progress, incidents, and behaviours of concern.
Work as part of a supportive care team.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role.
Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and professionally.
Caring, respectful, and reliable.
Full driving licence desirable.
Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
