Marketing Specialist – (6 Month Contract)

CPL are partnering with a global technology organisation to recruit a talented B2B Field Marketing Specialist to support Field Marketing operations across EMEA Growth Markets. This role will work closely with the Demand Generation Marketing team to drive high-impact campaigns, events, and CRM-led initiatives.

This is a 6 month contract with hybrid working based in South Dublin.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced B2B marketer who enjoys working across campaigns, email marketing, account-based marketing, and events in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

About the Role

You will play a key role in executing regional marketing strategies with a strong focus on account-based marketing, CRM optimisation, email campaigns, and field marketing activities. This is a highly collaborative role working with sales, marketing, and regional stakeholders.

Day to Day:

• Design and deliver Account-Based Marketing strategies across EMEA Growth Markets
• Optimise CRM and campaign workflows to maximise performance and ROI
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing programmes
• Manage lead quality, segmentation, and data optimisation
• Support physical and virtual events across the region
• Track performance and provide insights on campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing or demand generation
• Strong experience across ABM, CRM campaigns, email marketing, and events
• Confident working with data, analytics, and performance reporting
• Highly organised with strong project management skills
• A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment
