Part-Time Property Viewing Assistant (Trial Basis)

Property For Investments Ltd is looking for a reliable part-time assistant to help with apartment viewings on a trial basis.

This role is ideal for someone who is responsible, presentable, and comfortable dealing with people.

Job description:

Be present in an apartment that is available for viewing during a given week (usually viewings take 1 to 2 days).

Show the apartment to potential tenants at scheduled viewing times.

Answer simple questions about the apartment (all information will be provided in advance).

Ensure viewings run smoothly.

Working schedule:

Part-time

Typically once per week

1–2 days per viewing week, depending on demand

Exact viewing times will be agreed in advance

Requirements:

Must speak English (minimum B1 level)

Must be reliable and punctual

Comfortable meeting and showing property to multiple people

Must be able to stay in the apartment during the agreed viewing days

Pay:

€18 per hour

Notes:

This is a trial-based role, with potential for ongoing work if successful.

No prior property experience required - full instructions will be provided
