CBM MUNSTER CONSTRUCTION LIMITED requires multiple Carpenter, Plasterer, and Plumber at Rossestown, Thurles Co.Tipperary.
The salary range starts from €34,000 (16.77/hr) to €54,000 (26.63/hr) based on a 39-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
Window and Door Installation: Removal and fitting of uPVC windows and doors, Removal and fitting of composite doors, Fitting of Velux windows.Roofing and Ventilation: Fitting of roof vents, Installation of fascia, soffit, and downpipes (including removal of existing), and Boxing of Ventilation pipes.
Internal Works: Creating stud work and fitting internal insulation, Fitting windowboards, Cutting and fitting internal doors.
Other: Performing other related works as required.
Requirements
Proven experience as a qualified Carpenter, Plasterer, and Plumber with a strong background in residential construction. Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and building regulations.Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English.
