A receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers to an organization. Their duties include greeting guests, answering phones, managing the reception area, and handling administrative tasks. They play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth operations in the front office.
Key Responsibilities of a Receptionist in Ireland:
Meeting and Greeting: Warmly welcoming visitors, clients, and guests, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
