Store Manager
About the role
We are looking for a Store Manager to join our Mountcollins site, this role is responsible for our Farm & Home Store, part of the retail division of Kinisla Agribusiness.
Day to day, you will be supporting customers in the office, taking orders over the phone and via email, as well as operational management of the branch including sales, inventory management, merchandising, health and safety and maintaining retail excellence standards and procedures.
This role would suit someone with previous experience within a similar retail environment and excellent customer management and commercial skills.
The store is open Monday-Saturday.

What you’ll be doing- Delivery of excellent customer service
- Debt collection
- Stock Control and merchandising of products
- Handling of Cash/Payments
- Delivery of Sales Growth within the store
- Housekeeping with Store and Yard
- Develop new ideas to grow the business.
- Managing of deliveries inwards & outwards.
- Previous experience within a similar retail environment
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience would be ideal
- Good commercial skills
- The ability to handle challenging situations in a calm manner
- Good customer management skills
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and administrative skills.
- A team player and a strong desire to grow professionally.
