Light Vehicle Mechanic / Commercial Vehicle Technician

The Light Vehicle Mechanic / Commercial Vehicle Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining light vehicles and commercial vehicles. This role requires expertise in mechanical systems, electrical systems, and familiarity with various vehicle types to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Key Duties:
- Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests on light and commercial vehicles
- Perform repairs and replacements on engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
- Carry out routine maintenance, including oil changes and fluid replacements
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer standards
- Relevant qualification or certification in automotive mechanics or technology.
- Minimum 3 years experience in light vehicle and/or commercial vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with automotive tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
