This is an excellent opportunity for a to join a well established hotel.
The Candidate:
Should have relevant experience as a CDP or Sous Chef in a 3* or 4*hotel or busy restaurant environment.
Act as a second/third in command in the kitchen whilst taking over during the Head Chef’s/Sous Chefs absence.
A Team Player, excellent Staff Developer and an innovative Team leader.
Should have an understanding and knowledge of compiling wage forecasts, rosters, monthly stock control and budgeting, team training, cost control management, and managing HACCP.
Should excel and exceed in the delivery of exceptional food whilst maintaining consistency.
Excellent Communication, Organisational and Leadership Skills.
Health and Safety Awareness
Work with the Head Chef/Sous Chef to generate ideas in the kitchen to update menus regularly to produce a consistently good product.
Support kitchen operations and maintain relations with staff.- Sector:
