Chef de Partie (Wok Chef)

The Central Hotel, Donegal Town are currently looking for a Chef de partie to join our team in our busy hotel restaurant. The successful applicant will support and assist the Head Chef, overseeing daily operations, and monitoring food quality.

The ideal candidate would have at least 1 years’ experience in a busy kitchen. Wok training can also be provided.

Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes for the hotel bar & restaurant
A team player and leader with good communication skills, maintaining good staff relations
HACCP training is an advantage, good standard of food hygiene and knowledge of health and safety procedures
Delivery of exceptional food, maintaining consistency
Accommodation can be provided if required
Full-time position
Salary of €34,000 per annum for the right candidate
