• Primary branch Waterford City, with occasional travel to the Lisduggan branch.
• Primary branch Dungarvan.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, (fully onsite)

We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated individual who wants to kick-start or advance their career in banking.

As a Welcome Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is friendly, professional, and efficient. You’ll work as part of a dynamic, supportive team while engaging with both personal and business customers.

• Deliver exceptional customer service (including cashier duties where required)
• Guide customers through self-service banking options such as Banking 365
• Manage customer flow and ensure a smooth branch experience
• Update and maintain customer information on internal systems
• Handle basic queries and issues confidently and escalate when necessary
• Share customer insights to help improve service delivery
• Embrace change, innovation, and learning as part of your daily role
