Front Desk Retail Assistant

Permanent Full-Time role for a Store in Dublin 15, and can be Monday to Friday, working on the shop floor.

This role should attract a highly organised & experienced individual with a keen interest in technology or an interest in working in the electrical retail industry.

The successful candidates will have the following responsibilities:

• Answer and action general phone inquiries in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner
• Greet customers/suppliers/visitors relating to the organisation in a professional and friendly manner.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system
• Maintain a clean and organised front desk,
• Professionally resolve customer complaints or issues.

• Proactive, flexible, team player
• Computer-literate with attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Communicates professionally and effectively manages relationships.
• Open to change in a fast-moving industry.
• Have a passion for technology and a curiosity for innovation.
• Be supportive of colleagues in a team environment.
• Work within a team, reporting to the Store Manager on all aspects of the day-to-day activities and assisting other staff where necessary to ensure we provide an excellent level of service at all times.

• Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a team environment
• Customer service: 2 years + (preferred)
