MIG Welder

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing MIG welding tasks to fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components with precision and efficiency. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and durability of our products by applying your welding expertise in a safe and productive environment.

• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment according to project specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding procedures to complete assigned tasks accurately.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production team members to resolve welding and fabrication challenges.
• Maintain welding equipment and work area in accordance with safety regulations.
• Document welding activities, processes, and material usage as required.
• Continuously update welding skills and knowledge through training and development.

• High school diploma or equivalent; MIG welding certification is preferred.
• Proven experience as a MIG Welder or in a similar welding role.
• Strong understanding of MIG welding techniques and metal properties.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and welding instructions.
• Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality welds.
• Good physical condition capable of handling the demands of welding work.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and work environment.
