Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team
- Manage KPIs, forecasting, pipelines, and revenue targets
- Recruit and onboard top sales talent
- Improve processes, productivity, and team performance
- Handle escalations and ensure SLAs and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance customer experience
- Experience leading sales or account‑management teams, ideally in digital advertising
- Strong forecasting, CRM, and performance‑management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑influencing abilities
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
- Fluency in English and German
