We are seeking a Graduate Architect Part 2 with a strong interest in technical design to join our Dublin Office. We are looking for a highly motivated energetic person with excellent technical, BIM and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Duties include but not limited to:
Contributing to design development from early stages through to technical deliveryPreparing planning, tender, and construction information
Assisting with coordination of design information and statutory submissions
Participating in project meetings and, where appropriate, site involvement
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting
Requirements: Degree in Architecture and working towards registration with RIAI.
Previous experience working on medium to large scale residential projects through various project stages.Thorough understanding and application of the Irish building regulations.
Strong design skills and attention to detail.
Strong technical detailing skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in the preparation of planning, tender, construction, and IFC (Issued for Construction) drawing packages.
Experience coordinating architectural information with structural, civil, MEP, fire, and specialist consultants.
Experience reviewing drawings and identifying potential design and coordination issues before site implementation.
Excellent Revit Skills and a good understanding of the BIM environment.
Experience preparing conservation and heritage-related drawing packages, would be of added benefit.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
