An exciting opportunity has arisen with a market leader in the automotive sector, seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts in the Munster region. This role focuses on vehicle enhancement and finished vehicle services, offering a broad and engaging scope for a seasoned sales professional with strong industry knowledge.

• Drive strategic business development initiatives across Ireland.
• Lead the sales tendering process in collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain and grow a database of tender opportunities and potential clients.
• Conduct market research into OEM logistics and emerging opportunities.
• Support account management and resolve client issues effectively.
• Act as Account Manager for assigned OEM, importer, and distributor clients.
• Build expertise in the Finished Vehicle Logistics industry.
• Contribute to marketing efforts including agency coordination, social media, and industry events.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Full, clean driver’s license.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales role, ideally within the automotive or automation industry.
• Proven success in tendering and closing sales.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• High emotional intelligence, creativity, and marketing acumen.
• Comfortable working across both sales and marketing functions.
• Existing network within car dealerships in the Munster region is a distinct advantage.
