About the Role
As Senior Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the store, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive team culture. You’ll lead by example, ensuring every customer receives a memorable experience while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service
- Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and compliance
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to drive performance and growth
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, creating a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure the store reflects brand standards and values at all times
- Proven experience in retail management, ideally in a customer-focused environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
