Senior QA Analyst
Job DescriptionExperience :5-8 years
This is a hands-on QA specialist position in a fast-growing global business and development team
Create and execute test plans for Releases and Sprints
Successfully interpret and clarify business requirements, and translates the business requirements into specific case designs for very large complex solutions and integrating architectureDesign, review and execute functional test cases in conjunction with other teams, including developers, business and operational users
Identify, document and track defects using bug tracking tools and work with developers to ensure timely resolution
Prepare comprehensive test reports and communicate findings to relevant teams
Engage business sign-offs for functional requirements post QA testing
Provide guidance and coaching to junior QA team members
Contribute ideas on technology and process to ensure the team is productive and successful
