The role would suit an early-career office administrator or a receptionist from a busy environment who’s eager to transition into a broader administrative position. You’ll be joining a collaborative and fast-paced team where you’ll play a key part in keeping daily operations running efficiently.

The role offers hands-on exposure to a variety of administrative tasks and the chance to build valuable experience in a supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
  • Maintain and update internal records, databases, and filing systems
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and internal coordination
  • Support meeting scheduling and occasional Teams calls
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow
