Civil Engneer New

Due to our on-going success and growth, we look to hire a Civil Engineer to join our team permanently. This role will require travelling across sites based in Co. Tipperary, Co. Laois, Co. Limerick

It is a very busy role and the person need to be very organised and reliable with an excellent time management.

Responsibilities

This is an office-based role, however hybrid working basis to be arranged. The role involves the following:

• Proactively coordinate with project managers, design disciplines, construction management team, contractors and Clients.
• Manage the timely delivery of the civil engineering design to an excellent standard.
• Carry out periodic inspections of the works on site for quality and BCAR purposes.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the civil engineering department.
• Providing a range of Quality Assurance support to the team.
• Supporting team with cost and estimation of materials

• Degree in Civil Engineering/ QS
• Minimum 3 years' experience.
• Effective communicator with excellent oral and report writing skills
• Ability to adapt to changing scenarios
• Confident in creating and delivering engineering presentations to Clients
• Thorough understanding of civil engineering design standards
• Experienced in the inspection of civil engineering works on site and the completion of BCAR reports.
