Key Responsibilities
  • Environmental Compliance & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate environmental records (permits, waste transfer notes, emissions logs, water/energy usage).
  • Prepare, submit, and file mandatory regulatory reports (e.g., emissions, waste, recycling, energy efficiency).
  • Support the Enviromental Manager with permit renewals, inspections, and audits (internal and external).
  • Data Management & Analysis
  • Collect and validate environmental monitoring data (air, water, waste, energy, chemicals).
  • Track KPIs and generate reports for senior management and regulators.
  • Assist in developing dashboards and metrics to monitor environmental performance.
  • Administration & Documentation
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, including procedures, risk assessments, and training records.
  • Organize and prepare for audits, ensuring records are available and compliant.
  • Support with incident reporting, corrective actions, and follow-up tracking.
  • Sustainability & Continuous Improvement
  • Support environmental projects (waste minimisation, energy reduction, recycling initiatives).
  • Assist in promoting awareness campaigns and training across the site.
  • Contribute to achieving ISO 14001 or equivalent environmental management system compliance.
