Are you a marketer who thrives on creativity and commercial results? We're looking for a Marketing Manager to own high-impact campaigns, content, and go-to-market strategies for a 12-month contract.
My client is a fast growing financial services organisation who have had some of the most successful and impactful digital media campaigns in Ireland. The successful candidate will lead marketing initiatives across digital, social, and traditional channels, turning insights into actions that drive growth, engagement, and revenue.This is a hands-on role where your ideas will directly shape customer experiences and business outcomes.
What you'll do:
- Shape and deliver cohesive marketing strategies that support both brand positioning and revenue growth, supported by structured campaign and content planning.
- Take ownership of creative output end-to-end - translating ideas into clear briefs, guiding development, and ensuring seamless execution through to launch and optimisation in partnership with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
- Drive end-to-end launch planning for campaigns and product enhancements, ensuring strong cross-functional coordination, timely rollout, and measurable performance impact.
- Work closely with performance marketing specialists to design and refine multi-channel digital activity across paid search, social platforms, display, and emerging media.
- Interpret performance metrics and customer data to uncover insights that enhance campaign effectiveness and inform future strategy.
- Partner with analytics teams to develop meaningful reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide visibility on results and customer engagement.
- Champion a culture of experimentation by implementing structured testing plans to improve results and encourage innovation.
- Ensure creative assets and messaging are compelling, customer-focused, and optimised for engagement and conversion across all relevant touchpoints.
- Monitor industry developments and digital trends to identify new channels, tools, and growth opportunities.
- Lead and develop junior team members, providing mentoring, constructive feedback, and ongoing development opportunities to elevate team performance.
Who you are:
- 5 + years as a Marketing Manager or in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing.
- Commercially minded, creative, and data-driven.
- Confident communicating with teams and senior stakeholders, as well as managing agency partnerships.
- A natural problem-solver who delivers solutions end-to-end.
- Experienced in digital marketing with a proven record of driving results.
- Experience in Financial Services or agency is desirable.
