About the Role:Amazing Retail Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in the Basement Shoe Department at Arnotts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and stock presentationProcess transactions efficiently through the till system
Replenish stock and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and well-organised
Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales targets
Stay informed on current promotions, stock levels, and product knowledge
Requirements: Previous retail experience preferred, ideally in footwear or fashion
Strong interpersonal and customer service skillsPositive attitude and professional demeanour
Flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading periods
