Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily receipts, payments and general ledger
  • Setup and maintain new client ledgers
  • Maintain Register of Undertakings
  • Generating payment runs
  • Generating client invoices
  • Reconcile client statements
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Prepare the month end reports
  • Liaise with external auditor
  • ROS and VAT returns
  • Ad hoc queries and investigations
  • Payroll

Requirements:

  • Experience within a legal practice
  • Strong communication skills - both written and oral
  • 5 years experience
