Inchydoney Island Lodge & Spa is a 4 star, resort hotel & Spa overlooking the blue flag beaches of Inchydoney. Situated 2 miles outside the award winning town of Clonakilty, are looking to recruit a Chef de Partie.
The successful applicant, must have at least two years experience in a four star hotel and proven experience of managing own section. The successful applicant will thrive on working under pressure and will be required to work on their own initiative, but must be an excellent team player as well.
Previous experience in a Chef de Partie role in a similar style operation. Proven track record of an exceptional standard of food and an eye for detail. Excellence in hygiene standards.
Accommodation and meals on duty will be provided for the successful candidate.
