We are looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to join a growing technology and communications provider based in Dublin. This role is focused entirely on generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the Irish market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and new business development, with the confidence to identify, approach, and win new customers. Experience within technology, cloud, cyber security would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients
• Develop tailored solutions based on customer needs
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
• Maintain strong market and competitor awareness

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a new business sales or business development role
• Cyber security experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively
• Full driving licence preferred
