Black Dog Bar and Nightclub Ltd t/a Black Dog Bar and Nightclub/Vicarstown Bar , 52 North Main Street, Cork City currently has a vacancy for a Chef de Partie
Responsibilities to include but are not limited to: Assist the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen.
HACCP duties.Food preparation
Staff Management
Ability to work in a faced paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Chef de Partie experience in a similar property.No. of Hours per Week - 39 hours per week
Annual Remuneration • €34,000
Location of Employment – Black Dog Bar and Nightclub, 52 North Main Street, Cork City.
No. of Positions - 1Requirements: Candidates will be passionate about food with 2 years of experience in busy, fast-paced restaurant.
Previous experience in food hygiene is essential.Proven ability to work in a busy environment and as part of a team.
Ability to maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene and health & safety.
Proficient in all technical areas of kitchen is mandatory.
Good team player with excellent organisation and communication skills - Capable of interacting well with customers.
Flexibility around working days/hours.
