Graduate Engineer - Civil/Structural New

Overview
Our client is seeking to hire a graduate engineer (Civil or Structural) to provide comprehensive fastener specifications and technical solutions across construction and engineering projects. The role encompasses technical consultancy, on-site inspections, and business development across the UK, Ireland, and Netherlands markets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead technical consultations with stakeholders to determine appropriate product specifications, including direct engagement with end-users, consulting engineers, architects, and contractors.
- Conduct site inspections and attend technical meetings to ensure proper implementation of specifications.
- Perform complex engineering calculations and analysis, including wind load calculations and structural assessments.
- Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications using industry-standard CAD software.
- Support business development initiatives through technical presentations and client meetings across Ireland.
- Conduct testing duties in-situ as required.
- Additional technical duties as directed by the Technical Director
- Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering accredited by a relevant professional body.
- Full clean driving license
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex structural calculations and wind load analysis.
- Proven experience in specification and application in construction projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of Irish building regulations and European technical standards.
- Proficiency with engineering software including CAD and structural analysis tools.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Understanding of in-situ testing procedures (training will be provided).
