We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across operations, supply chain, sales, and marketing. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and play a key role in optimizing internal processes, identifying business trends, and recommending strategies to improve performance across departments.
Key Responsibilities- Data Analytics and Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Excel) to monitor KPIs related to manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and sales.
Prepare regular management reports with recommendations to optimize operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Production Planning
Monitor raw material availability and ensure uninterrupted production flow.
Optimize production schedules to minimize downtime and ensure resource efficiency.
- Supply Chain Management
Conduct supplier performance evaluations, ensuring consistent quality, timely deliveries, and cost-effectiveness.
Implement improvements to enhance the resilience and sustainability of the supply chain.
- Quality Assurance and Certifications
Assist in maintaining compliance with industry standards such as HACCP, Organic Certification (EU), and FSSC 22000.
Support internal audits, documentation management, and certification renewal processes.Track quality KPIs and work closely with production teams to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Participate in risk assessments and corrective action processes related to quality control.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with production and marketing finance teams to align business strategies.
Support projects focused on ERP implementation.Contribute to new product development initiatives by providing supply chain and production feasibility analysis.
RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years’ experience in a data analysis, supply chain, or production planning role.
Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI or similar).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with quality management systems (HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail.
Knowledge of production planning, logistics, or FMCG is an advantage.
