J & AL Retail Limited, trading as Mace Wheaton Hall, is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Wheaton Hall, Drogheda, Co. Louth.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €36,605.00 annually
Weekly Salary: €703.94
Hourly Rate: €18.05

Hours: 39 hours per week

Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes to a consistent standard

Support daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service
Assist with food preparation, portioning, and plating
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients
Work closely with other kitchen staff and support team performance

Ensure all dishes are prepared in line with company standards

Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2 years of chef experience

Minimum qualification: Level 4 (including Leaving Certificate / Leaving Certificate Applied)

Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills

Commitment to food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction
